1. Heat Transfer 3D Puff Vinyl expands and creates a foaming effect when pressed and heated, resulting in a unique raised "puff" finish that adds dimension and personality to any HTV craft project.
2. Compared to PVC, PU material is more heat-resistant, softer, and less prone to peeling off.
3. Easy to weed, good elasticity and washable. Puffy HTV vinyl has excellent elasticity, preventing any cracking or fading even after stretchening and washing. Always wait 24 hours before first washing and flip the shirt inside out when washing. (Do not wash with hot water)
4. Foaming HTV Vinyl works exceptionally well with all kiss-cut cutters. It is ultra-thin and ideal for fabric applications using either a household iron or a heat press. Testing a small area of the fabric beforehand is always recommended to ensure optimal results.

Product Usage Instructions:

1. Design: Select your pre-made design in the cutting software, enable the mirror image setting, and adjust the cutting parameters based on the type of vinyl.

2. Cut: Place the vinyl sheet face down on the cutting mat and proceed with cutting.

3. Weed: After cutting, remove the vinyl from the cutting mat and weed out the excess material according to the design.

4. Ironing: Place the weeded vinyl design face up on the surface of the item. Cover the vinyl with a high-temperature-resistant cloth and set the appropriate ironing parameters.

5. Peel: Once the ironing is complete, allow the surface to cool. Then, carefully remove the high-temperature cloth and slowly peel off the PET protective film from the vinyl.

6. After ironing and peeling, wait 24 hours before washing the item to ensure the best durability of the vinyl.

Ironing Parameters:

180-185°C for 25-30 seconds.
