3. For digital products

Laser Cutting Files and LightBurn license key: delivery will be made via email within 24 hours (excluding weekends).

4. International Shipping

  • Europe & North America: We offer shipping services to most European and North American countries. Specific shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.
  • Other Regions: Creatorally may also provide shipping services to regions outside Europe and North America (e.g., Australia). Please contact us for more details.
  • Duties & Taxes: Creatorally (the sender) will cover international package duties and taxes (if applicable).

5. Order Tracking

Tracking Method: Once customers’ orders are shipped, we the tracking number we provided in the notification email, customers can track their shipping routing information at: https://www.17track.net, or the official site of the courier.

7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the cost of re-shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
