Changed your mind? No worries —
If your chosen color isn’t made, your $1 will be fully refunded.
Or, choose a $5 store credit for any Creatorally plywood.
You can also cancel anytime before paying the balance.

🎨 Color Voting & Pre-Order FAQ
1. What exactly am I buying for $1?
You’re not buying a product just yet — your $1 is a vote and a pre-order deposit for your favorite plywood color.
2. Is this $1 refundable?
Yes! If your selected color doesn't get made, you'll receive a full $1 refund or choose a $5 store credit for any Creatorally plywood.
3. Do I have to buy the plywood later if my color wins?
No pressure — completing your purchase is totally optional. But if your color gets made, you’ll have the chance to buy it at a special launch price of $15.60 (normally $29.99).
4. What happens after I vote?
Once voting ends on July 21, 2025 (UTC-5), we’ll announce the top colors and start production. If your color wins, you’ll get an email with the next steps to complete your pre-order.
5. When will I receive the plywood if I buy it?
Estimated delivery is between August 31 and September 10, 2025.
6. Can I cancel before finalizing the full purchase?
Yes — you can cancel anytime before paying the remaining balance. We’ll either refund your $1 or offer store credit.
7. Can I vote for more than one color?
Absolutely! Just add multiple $1 votes to your cart and choose different colors — your voice counts for each.
